Build own website- love our Customers and audience


We set about Daily Building our own Website, thinking of traffic converting to sales, how can we make the most out of our Customers??
Its not until we start to understand our Customer that we begin to convert Traffic into Sales and memberships.
Love your Audience,
Love your Customers,
Love your wholesalers,
Love your network,
love the website set up and create Loving memories for your audience(consumer).
How do we do this you ASK?
First we must put ourselves in our customers shoes.
By sitting down and thinking of all the reasons someone would buy your product.

Why are they Buying this item?
They will Either,
1.need it.
2.want it.
3.be a present for friend or family

Lets look at Shoe's

A Nice pair of slip on shoes
Remember they either
need it,
want it,
or its a present,

The Basics are: Colour,size,comfort,texture,Price

How do we get over the hurdle of comfort and size, this is something you would consider difficult to achieve over the internet.

First we need to put ourselves in your customers shoes,(so to speak).

Describe how they feel when you wear them, have different shape feet wear them and describe the fit, if they are not suited to a wide foot then say so, if they feel fantastic and soft, say so,my big toe felt comfortable, etc.
Is the insole is a little hard? offer free comfort insoles and a pair of sock stockings.

Now the size, this can be overcome by having a computer print out of the sizes of shoes in your store, if you have UK sizes the consumer can print the foot sizes in their own home and compare to their own foot.
UK, USA, Australian, French, etc. are all a little different in sizing so best to have a copy of most sizes as a reference yourself to help your consumer.

Be contactable by the consumer, not only will this create trust it will also create a Happy customer who will LOVE your store.

You cannot please everyone but if you sell your product with love you are shifting 99% toward having a loving happy customer base.
less hassles means more time for you and your family to enjoy the Loving things you do together and more time for your customer to enjoy their purchase.
