"keywords" 463,000,000 competing sites (way over your 30,000) target
this makes the keyword too competative and you would need to narrow it down to a phrase,

we find "get keywords" has 2900 searches
google search results are 35,000 competing sites, which is 5000 over our target but getting closer to what we are seeking for a profitable keyword

"keyword bidding" has 3600 searches on adwords keyword tool
on google search ( competing pages)
so we would go with "keyword bidding" (obviously if it had relevance to our website) .
